It was so delicious. The service was alright. Yet,We could have used some extra napkins. It seems like a theme of a problem in restaurants lately. The soup I received had some heat in it,I didn't expect. Yet,It was still very delicious. My family and I were happy there.

Food was well above expectations. Was there on a Monday for oysters and jazz. Both were very good . In addition to raw oysters, we had the girgonzola roasted oysters.

We went to try the Fried Green Tomatoes and try some authentic Southern food and were treated to a fantastic visit! The dining room was clean and inviting. Our server was top-notch! He was friendly, talkative and very attentive. One of the best servers I can remember having! The food was excellent and well prepared and priced in line with expectations. We enjoyed our visit thoroughly and will be back!

I popped in for a Friday happy hour, half off house wines & a few beers, 2 oysters (4 to choose from, shucked in front of us at the bar) and 5 list of starters. Bartenders were awesome, great light in the place through the ample street side windows. Great food, at least the snacks (cowboy caviar and fried green tomatoes) & oysters we had. Frankly I had fairly low expectations but I was pleasantly surprised and I’d definitely go back!

What an amazing restaurant! It is a smidge pricey -but happy hour is an amazing option! We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a few snacks and drinks. Donovan was very helpful and kind -such an amazing waiter! The she crab soup was amazing -as were the catfish bites and wings. The pimento slider was meh -but in all fairness, I did leave off the bun so perhaps that made it work. I loved the complimentary hush puppies! Such southern hospitality! We will definitely be back!

We made the 50 minute trek for an afternoon day date and were not disappointed by the food or service. There were not many other diners as it was 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon and were immediately seated. Donovan, our server, showed up less than two minutes later with water and a basket of hush puppies and dipping sauce. They were delicious! A nice crust on the outside and soft on the inside. Happy hour runs from 3-5 on Saturday so we took advantage by ordering the 5 deviled eggs and 2 oysters. The eggs were like no eggs I’ve had before, deep fried with a red pepper jam on top that was delicious. I passed on the oysters, but my husband enjoyed all three flavors that he ate. Donovan told us they are shipped in from the East Coast. Our entrees were the shrimp and grits, appetizer size, for me and the low country boil for my husband. I would definitely order the shrimp and grits again. The shrimp were full of flavor and the appetizer portion was more than enough after having the hush puppies and deviled eggs. The low country boil was presented very nicely. The sausage was locally sourced and had a kick. The shrimp tasted good, but would have had more of the seasoned flavor from the boil had they not needed to be peeled. Still tasty though. We wrapped up our meal sharing a slice of house-made key lime pie. This was the most flavorful key lime pie I have ever tasted and the crust was delicious. I even ate the homemade whipped cream and I usually don’t touch that. We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu. Thank you, Donovan for providing a lovely dining experience.

Great food and service. Could use some more seasoning on chicken to the waffles but everything else was fab.
